  • Congratulations! To claim your award, please email us at tridancecollective@gmail.com to receive your unique scholarship coupon code. You will be prompted to enter this code during the online registration process to apply your benefits.

    1. Register for the Experience.

    2. If you have a scholarship code, enter it at checkout.

    3. MPE Invitees: If you were invited to join the Metamorphosis Performance Ensemble, you must confirm your participation during registration.

      Please note that spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis; an invitation does not guarantee a spot until registration is complete.

  • Please coordinate directly with your studio owner. Studios must register as a collective group rather than as individual students to ensure proper placement and group benefits.

  • Selection for the Solo Showcase is a curated process:

    1. Register for the Metamorphosis: Fearless Evolution experience.

    2. Complete the Solo Submission Google Form.

    3. Selection notifications will be sent via email by September 1st.

      Note: Only 10 solos are accepted. MPE performers are NOT guaranteed a solo spot and must complete the submission form to be considered.

    1. Ensure your studio dancers are registered for the event.

    2. Email tridancecollective@gmail.com a video of the work you would like to be considered.

    3. Selection notifications will be sent by September 1st.

      Note: Nominees for the Collective Contemporary Awards do not need to submit this form; you will automatically be invited to perform a piece of your choice during the showcase.

  • The Metamorphosis Performance Ensemble is an elite cohort of dancers from across the country who collaborate to perform a full-length professional concert piece.

    • Application: Submit the MPE Application Form by August 20th, 2025.

    • Notifications: Accepted dancers will be notified by September 1st.

    • Affiliate Invitees: If you were invited at a regional event, you do not need to apply, but you must confirm your participation during registration to secure your spot.

  • These awards celebrate and validate the most inspiring contemporary choreography in the youth sector. The event features professional performances, thousands of dollars in student scholarships, and a prestigious "Oscar-style" ceremony.

    • How to be Nominated: Invitations are distributed at our affiliate events (Trifecta Dance Collective, USTD, CRU Dance, Etoile Dance Competition, Bloom, i am DANCE, Shine Your Light, and Epic Dance Competition).

    • Open Consideration: If you did not attend an affiliate event but wish to be considered, please email a video link of your work to tridancecollective@gmail.com.

    1. Confirm: Email tridancecollective@gmail.com to officially accept your nomination.

    2. Attendance: Nominees must be present at the Metamorphosis experience and the awards ceremony to remain eligible.

    3. Showcase: Nominated studios are invited to perform either their nominated work or premiere a piece during our Group Showcase.

    4. Adjudication: Our distinguished panel of adjudicators will review all nominations based on specific artistic and technical criteria to select the winners.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To maintain the integrity of our programming and secure our premier venues, Metamorphosis; Fearless Evolution adheres to the following tiered refund schedule. Please note that all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to tridancecollective@gmail.com.

  • 90+ Days prior to the event start date: 50% Refund

  • 45–89 Days prior to the event start date: 25% Refund

  • Less than 45 Days prior to the event start date: Non-refundable

Policy Note: After the 45-day threshold, all registration fees are final. This allows us to finalize our faculty schedules, venue requirements, and ensemble costuming. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the high standard of this immersive experience.
